Mr. A.M. Saraogi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the Review Petition with liberty to file Public Interest Litigation regarding the respondent no.2's policy in respect of the installation of the box upon the windows and balcony's of a building. 2.

Leave with liberty is granted. Review Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and this order should not be construed as an expression of opinion on merits of the matter.
