Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the Respondents. In Writ Petition No.2861 of 2005, interim order was passed by this Court on 29th June, 2005. When the other connected Petitions appeared on board for hearing as to interim relief on 13th August, 2014, interim order was passed on the said connected Writ Petitions which is to some extent different from the interim order already passed in the Writ Petition on 29th June, 2005. The present Writ Petition was included in the title of the said order. As interim order was already passed in the present Writ Petition on 29th June, 2005, it is clarified that the said interim order passed in Writ Petition No.2861 of 2005 will continue to operate till the disposal of the said Writ Petition.
