The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the proposal seeking validation of the caste claim of the Petitioner is pending with the Scrutiny Committee. The vigilance has been conducted.

In the light of that, we pass the following order: a.

The Petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 12th July 2022 and file say to the vigilance report.

b.

The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the proceedings expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner.
