The grievance of the Petitioners is that though an order has been passed by the District Magistrate under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 on 26.3.2014, the said order is not being implemented by the Circle Officer. It is submitted that thereafter, he has again approached the District Magistrate, Sangli on 7.6.2014. However, the District Magistrate has not decided the said application. 2.

This being the only grievance of the Petitioner, we direct the District Magistrate, Sangli to decide the application dated 7.6.2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.
