The petitioners have preferred this Petition against the interim order of stay granted to the transfer of respondent to Guntur in Andhra Pradesh. Interim order was passed in O.A No. 426 of 2017 preferred by respondent before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai. 2.

We are informed that the said O.A. has been adjourned to 18/12/2017. In fact the Tribunal in its order dated 1/2

12.wp 11061.17.doc 11/07/2017 whereby stay was granted has observed that the Tribunal is of the opinion that since the respondents have already filed reply to the O.A. on merits, the matter can be finally heard and decided by the Division Bench. However, till then, the applicant is allowed to continue in the present post at Mumbai till next date of hearing.

Looking to the peculiar facts of this case, we request the Tribunal to endeavour to dispose of the said O.A. by 31/01/2018. At this stage, we are not inclined to interfere in the said matter, hence, Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations.
