Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the Respondents. In Writ Petition No.6607 of 2011, interim order was passed by this Court on 23rd October, 2013. When the other connected Petitions appeared on board for hearing as to interim relief on 13th August, 2014, interim order was passed on the said connected Writ Petitions which is to some extent different from the interim order already passed in the Writ Petition on 23rd October, 2013. The present Writ Petition was included in the title of the said order. As interim order was already passed in the present Writ Petition on 23rd October, 2013, it is clarified that the said interim order passed in Writ Petition No.6607 of 2011 will continue to operate till the disposal of the said Writ Petition.
