The Petitioner has placed on record an order dated 18/09/2021, passed by the 2nd Jt.Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune in which the Court has recorded that the Decree Holders have made a statement that they have received the decreetal amount as per the compromise pursis and, therefore, the decree stands fully satisfed. The order is taken on record and marked as 'X' alongwith compromise pursis, being marked as 'X1'.

In view of the order passed on 18/09/2021, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the petition and a request of the Petitioner, to allow the withdrawal of the petition, will have to be granted.
