Rajeshwari Subodh Karve i) Application is allowed partly to the extent of Respondent Nos.2 to 13 and 18. Application is already dismissed in respect of Respondent Nos.14 to 17 and 19 to 21;

iii) Learned counsel waives service for newly added respondents. Copies be supplied to him.
