After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No.67 of 2017 registered with Faraskhana Police Station, District Pune does not commence within a period of nine months from today.
