2) Mr. Shukla, the learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal with liberty to file an application before the Competent Authority of the Municipal Corporation for allotment of alternate accommodation.

16-AO-633-23+.DOC 3) Mr. Shukla submits that such an application would be made within a period of two weeks from today. 4) Let the application be made within a period of two weeks. 5) Competent Authority shall take a decision on the application for alternate accommodation in accordance with governing Rules and Policy within a period of four weeks thereafter. For the said period of six weeks, the respondentCorporation shall not take action on the basis of impugned notices.

6) The Appeal stands disposed as withdrawn.

7) In view of disposal of the Appeal, the Interim Application also stands disposed.
