Darkhast are already initiated vide proceedings being Regular Darkhast No.201 of 2021 based on order of payment of maintenance dated 28th January, 2020 passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a request to the Family Court to decide Darkhast Proceedings expeditiously.
