By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of 30 days time to furnish surety.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant was enlarged on bail vide Order dated 14.08.2017. He submits that the Applicant was enlarged on bail, on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. He submits that the learned Judge was pleased to release the Applicant on cash bail of Rs.25,000/- for a period of three days. He submits that

APPLN 453-17 (Prod).doc time to furnish surety was only for three days and that because of the holiday on 15.08.2017, it was not possible to arrange for the surety. Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks extension of 30 days time to furnish surety to enable the Applicant to furnish surety during the said period. He submits that provisional cash bail of Rs.25,000/- be continued for a period of three weeks from today. 4.

Accordingly, in the facts, time to furnish surety is extended by a period of three weeks from today. The Application is allowed on the aforesaid terms & disposed of.
