After arguing the matter at length, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition, with liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 26th July, 2017 at Exhibit-G before the Appellate Authority.

With aforesaid liberty, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. In case the Petitioner file appeal within a week's time, the Appellate Authority shall consider the Petitioner's Appeal and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
