It appears that at the Manjari Budruk Railway station at Pune on account of a platform not being constructed the passengers had to enter the railway bogeys from the plinth level and the vertical steps leading to the door were fraught with the danger of the passenger falling while boarding or deboarding the bogey. After the Petition was filed the platform has been constructed and thus we dispose of the Public Interest Petition as infructuous. N.M.JAMDAR, J.
