By this civil application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 23rd June 2016. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the applicant has already served the unserved respondents by way of private notice within the time prescribed by this Court by the said conditional order dated 23rd June 2016. He submits that though the applicant had prepared the affidavit of service on 8th August 2016 and registered in the register kept before the affirmation officer, due to personal difficulty of the learned advocate of the applicant, the same was not affirmed on that day.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Miscellaneous civil application is restored to file. Office is directed to accept the affidavit of service if filed by the applicant within one week from today. If there are any other office objections in the miscellaneous civil
