Perused injury certificate and investigation papers. Apart from the fact that there are counter offences, the role attributed in the FIR does not match to that of injuries suffered. 2.

Apart from above, there is delay in lodging FIR. 3.

In that view of the matter, ad-interim protection stands confirmed.

Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday and Friday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the charge-sheet is filed.
