In the event of arrest in Crime No.342 of 2021 registered with Uran Police Station, Navi Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 25 & 4 of Indian Arms Act and Sections 143, 147, 148, 324, 504, 506 r/w 149 of IPC, applicants are directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one BGP.
