1] The learned APP states that the Applicant has been issued with notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. on 04.02.2022, but she accuse the Applicant of not reporting to the Police Station and instead approaching the Sessions Court seeking protection. 2] Considering the nature of accusation faced by the Applicant in the subject CR, let the Applicant attend the Investigating Officer in compliance of the said notice within a period of 7 days from today. 3] The Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.c. and record reasons in case if he comes at a conclusion that custodial interrogation of the Applicant is very much 1/2
