By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner has impugned the order passed by the learned Minister for CoOperation dated 29.04.2015 as well as the judgment and order passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, dated 18.03.2013 refusing to grant reliefs as prayed by the Petitioner. The Petitioner had applied for copies of various documents in respect of the transfer of flat by the Respondent No.1 Society in the name of Dilip Palekar brother of the Petitioner and later on in the name of wife of Dilip Palekar. Though the Petitioner had asked for copies of several documents from the society, though most of them are irrelevant, the learned Counsel for the Sneha Chavan 1/2

902 wp 11711-15=.doc Petitioner states that his client will press his demand only in respect of the transfer documents in respect of the flat in question including the copy of the resolution passed by the society for effecting such transfer in the name of the brother of the Petitioner and thereafter, in the name of wife of the brother of the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the society states that though all such documents are already given to the Petitioner, the society will furnish a copy of resolution passed by the society for effecting these two transfers as well as copy of the applications for transfer and for the membership made by these two persons including the document annexed to the application for the transfer of name within four weeks from today. Statement is accepted. The requisite amount of photocopy charges, if required by the society shall be paid by the Petitioner.

Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. (R.D. DHANUKA, J.) Sneha Chavan 2/2
