Learned APP on instructions from the concerned Officer, who is present in the Court, informs that investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed on 22nd February, 2022. 2.

Since the Applicant was granted interim protection, this Court finds that no purpose will now be served by custodial interrogation. The Application therefore needs to be allowed. Hence, the following order :- i) The Application stands allowed.

ii) Applicant shall be released on bail in the event of arrest in connection with FIR No.290 of 2021 registered with Khadaki Police Station, District Pune for the offence BGP.

iii) Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required.

iv) Applicant shall furnish his contact details including his mobile number to the concerned Police Station. If there is change in the contact details, Applicant shall immediately inform the same to the concerned Police Station. 3.

The Application stands disposed of.
