Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. It is submitted that by an Order dated 23/4/2018 Additional Sessions Judge, Bombay had upheld the judgment and order passed by 37th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai by which he was directed to undergo SI for 2 years and fine of Rs. 1,000/-. At the time of disposal of the appeal, the applicant had undergone one year six months and one day.

23.appr403.18.doc As on today, learned Counsel submits that the applicant has undergone entire sentence of 2 years. It appears that the applicant has also undergone default sentence. In view of this it would not be necessary to admit the revision application or consider it on merits. Hence, Revision Application as well as Criminal Application stand dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
