By this Petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 for appointing an administrator to manage the day-to-day affairs of the school. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though the petitioners are working in the school run and administered by the respondent-management, the respondent-management had falsely made a claim that the petitioners were not reporting. It is stated that the spot visit report dated 8th August, 2014 clearly shows that the petitioners were present. It is stated that the orders passed by this Court in Writ

22.WP10472_2014.doc Petition No. 5758 of 2013 are not obeyed by the management and the orders passed by the Education Officer are also not followed. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it appears that the prayer made by the petitioners cannot be granted. The facts averred in the Writ Petition are seriously disputed by the respondent-management. If the respondent-management is not complying with the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5758/2013, the petitioners would have other remedies. On a reading of the Writ Petition, we do not find that good grounds are made out by the petitioners for appointment of the administrator on the school run by the management. Since there is no merit in the Writ Petition, the same is dismissed, with no order as to costs.
