The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner Shri Ashish Mehta, on instructions of the advocate on record Shri Deepak Jamsandekar, states that the Petitioner would withdraw the Applications (Exhibits 20 and 31) in which the impugned order has been passed and would file fresh application for leading of additional evidence in the Revision. In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, there is now no warrant to consider the impugned order dated 28/07/2015 on merits. The impugned order dated 28/07/2015 would accordingly stand set aside. If any such application is filed for leading of additional evidence in the pending Revision, needless to state that the same would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law uninfluenced by the fact that the Applications (Exhibits 20 and 31) were rejected.
