P.C.:- On the basis of solemn statement made by the Applicant in his Affidavit dated 4th March, 2020, the compensation towards the suit premises where the Applicant is residing, was fixed at the rate of Rs.3,000/- p.m. and the same has to be paid during the pendency of the present Revision Application.

In this premise, the present Application is wholly misconceived and does not deserve for any leniency of this Court for modification of earlier Order.

In view thereof, the present Application is dismissed in limine. However, the Applicant is granted liberty to file an Application for relief prayed in clause (b) i.e. for expeditious hearing of the Civil Revision Application, after one year from today. (A.S.
