By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the Municipal Corporation to demolish the unauthorised structures constructed by the respondent nos. 3 & 4.

Mr. Limaye, the learned counsel for the Corporation states by referring to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the Corporation that the illegal structures have been demolished.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement ism

2 32.8997.15 wp made by the learned counsel for the Corporation and states that the petitioner has verified that the illegal construction is demolished by the Corporation. Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
