This is an application for intervention in Anticipatory Bail Application No.915/2015. The applicant is a witness in the said crime.

2) It is to be noted here that the applicant can adopt the appropriate legal remedies i.e. to go to the police station and record her statement as a witness. The Investigating Officer shall record all the statements as may be permissible under the law.

3) The applicant is not the complainant. The applicant has no locus standi to intervene in the application. Application is dismissed in limine. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
