This petition is filed for expeditiously deciding the pending Tribe claim of the petitioner. The learned A.G.P. on instructions states that within two months the petitioner's Tribe claim will be decided on its own merits. For a period of two months no coercive order be passed against the petitioner on account of non submission of validity certificate. On the statement made by the State, the petition is disposed of.
