By this Civil Application, the learned AGP prays that the impugned judgment and award dated 15.5.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division in LAR No.504 of 2000 (old LAR No.120 of 1990) be stayed till the hearing and final disposal of the First Appeal. 4.
Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. In view of the facts of the case, the execution and implementation of the impugned order is stayed 1 / 2
fa.989.2015_14.doc pending the appeal, subject to the Applicant/State depositing the entire amount of the award alongwith interest accrued thereon within 10 weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited within 10 weeks, the respondent/original applicants are at liberty to take execution proceedings against the Government and the stay will be vacated forthwith. 5.
