Civil Application No.2002 of 2016 On the applicant depositing the entire amount of compensation with the trial Court within period of twelve weeks from today, the execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed during pendency of the appeal.

On such deposit the claimants would be at liberty to withdraw 50% of that amount subject to furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The remaining amount shall be invested in Fixed Deposit. Civil Application is disposed of. (A.S.CHANDURKAR, J.) Asmita
