The Applicants, who are the original Claimants have sought withdrawal of the compensation deposited by the Appellant - Insurance Company. Applicant Nos. 2 & 3 are the minor children of the deceased whereas Applicant Nos. 4 & 5 are the parents of the deceased.

Considering the reasons stated in the Application, Rs. 2,23,000/- with proportionate interest thereon be paid to Applicant Nos. 4 & 5 subject to fling of an undertaking that the amount will be refunded in the event, the Appellants succeed in

13. IA 147109-2023.doc the Appeal. The compensation of Rs. 4,50,000/- each with proportionate interest be invested in the name of Applicant Nos. 2 & 3 in any Nationalized Bank for a period of seven years or they attain majority.
