1) The aforestated applications for intervention are filed by the original complainant in CR NO.I-228/2016 registered with Navghar Police Station, Bhayander, District Thane. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice I am inclined to allow the applications. The applicants in ABA Nos. 1434/2015 and 1429/2016 respectively are hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The said
