2/3 CAC/ 592&CRAST/24212/2015gr A.G.P. for the applicants in all Applications.

Mr. Patil submitted that the controversy raised in these Civil Applications and Civil Revision Applications is covered by the decision of this Court in State of Maharashtra Vs.

Raghunath Gopal Sawant (dead) through Yeshwant Raghunath Sawant, (Civil Application No.265 of 2015 in Civil Revision Application (ST) No.11932 of 2015 and other companion matters. He submitted that in the present case, there is delay of 2 years and 14 days in filing Civil Revision Applications.

For the reasons stated in the order dated 17.7.2015, no notice is required to be issued to other side and Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) in each Application and Civil Revision Applications are also allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Resultantly, First Appeals are restored to file. On restoration of First Appeals, the

3/3 CAC/ 592&CRAST/24212/2015gr Applicant-State shall deposit the deficit court fee within a period of eight weeks from today in all First Appeals.

The above Civil Applications and Civil Revision Applications are disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
