This matter is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 11.4.2016. Accordingly, the last two sentences of para 3 i.e., "He further submitted that the actual loan was not disbursed out of Rs.4.17 Crores by the bank. The applicant is ready to cooperate the police.", are deleted and the following sentence is substituted therein: "He further submitted that the loan of Rs.4.45 crores was disbursed by the Bank out of which the applicant-accused has repaid Rs.2.50 crores."
