By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner interalia seeks the following relief :

(a)This Hon'ble High Court be pleased to issue a suitable appropriate writ of mandamus, or appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take action as per report dated 28.11.2016 submitted by Block Development Officer i.e. Gat Vikas Officer, Class-1, Panchayat Samiti, Malshiras at Exhibit C and take appropriate action as per Govt. of Maharashtra issued a G.R. in respect of procedure of enquiry of illegalities in Grampanchayat at Exhibit D dated 04.01.2017;" 2.
