By this petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India Petitioner is challenging the order dated 22nd August, 2014 passed by Respondent No. 3 - Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in Appeal No. RTS/Solapur/87/2014, thereby refusing to extend the period of stay granted earlier by the Additional Collector, Solapur in RTS/IInd/A/146/2013 on 4th December, 2013.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner submit that next date
Yadav VG 2 903.wp.11607.14.odt. before the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune for final hearing of Appeal is 27th September, 2017.

Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for petitioner and as the Appeal is of the year 2014 which is pending before the Additional Commissioner, Pune and the next date is 27th September, 2017, in the interest of justice without going into the merits of the matter, following order is passed.
ORDER
(a) Respondent No. 3 - Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune is directed to decide the Appeal No.
RTS/Solapur/87/2014 finally on next date i.e. 27th September, 2017.
(b) The learned AGP is directed to communicate this order to concerned Authority immediately.
(c) Petitioner is directed to inform this order along with copy to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 by Registered Post A.D. and/or by hand delivery within three weeks from today.
(d) Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
