P.C. :- Perused the Application, Subject to removal of all office objections, within a period of four weeks, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and ( c ). The learned counsel for the applicant states that the only objection in the application is that vakalatnama on behalf of the applicant 6a to 6d is not filed and application for transposition is already filed. However, the order passed on 5.5.2015 does not specify what were objections and for what registration was refused. Registry shall verify the office objections and if only office objection is one stated above, registry shall place Civil Application (ST) No. 4827 of 2015 on board on 8.7.2016.
