Mr. Saraogi, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent no.1 to take cognizance of the complaint dated 17.2.2014 annexed at Exhibit G to the complaint. The said complaint is addressed to (1) The Commissioner of Police, Gr. Mumbai, (2) Chairman, Maharashtra State Women Commission and (3) Chairman, Maharashtra State pps

37 wp 3533-14.doc Human Right Commission. There is no proper compliance of Section 154 of Cr.P.C. in the sense that information is not given to the Officerin-charge of the police station. 3.

We, therefore, are not inclined to interfere with this petition. 4.

The petitioner contends that she has made allegations against the police officers. We, therefore, grant liberty to the petitioner to make complaint before the concerned DCP.

In the event, such a complaint is filed, the grievance of the petitioner be looked into and appropriate decision shall be taken and the petitioner be intimated accordingly.
