None appears for the Applicants. The learned APP tenders across the bar a report dated 21st July 2016 addressed to her by the Senior Inspector of Police of Satara City Police Station. It records that on 20th November 2009, a chargesheet has been filed. In this Application, a notice was issued on 20th November 2009 when it was not brought to the notice of the Court that the chargesheet has been filed.

The report tendered today is taken on record and marked "A1" for identification. In view of the filing of the chargesheet, the Applicants have remedy available before the appropriate Court. Accordingly, we decline to entertain this Application. The same is disposed of. The Rule is discharged. The remedy of the Applicants as well as the contentions of the Applicants are kept open.
