This is an application for fixing the appeal for hearing. The appeal has been admitted by order dated 26th March, 2018. It is submitted that the applicant is aged about 66 years. He has attained superannuation. He has been acquitted by the trial Court. However, on account of the pendency of appeal before this Court he is getting only 50% of the his pension.

The applicant has been acquitted by judgment and order dated 13th July, 2016.

Considering the submissions, appeal be added to the final hearing board commencing from 4th April, 2022. 4.
