This Interim Application is taken out for restoration of Writ Petition (St) No. 31274 of 2019 which came to be dismissed vide order dated 07.06.2022 for non-removal of office objection. Admittedly there is delay of 45 days.

Perused the Application. For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 4, 5 and 6 of the Application, the same is allowed by condoning the delay subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai within a period of one week from today. Payment of cost is condition precedent. On payment of cost and production of receipt thereof on record, the order dated 07.06.2022 passed in Writ Petition is set aside and Writ Petition is restored to file.
