This is the third bail application preferred by the applicant through jail.

Learned APP states on instructions, that the trial has commenced and till date 8 witnesses have been examined in the present case and that the prosecution intends to examine two more witnesses.

Considering the aforesaid, it is not necessary to go into the merits of this application.

Accordingly, the Application for bail is rejected and disposed of as such. However, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 2 months from the date of receipt of this order. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
