The grievance of the Petitioner is that their applications dated 15th November, 2011 filed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act have not been decided by Respondent No. 3 as yet. In the circumstances, a limited prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner so as to dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent No. 3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's applications dated 15th November, 2011 filed under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer, this Petition is disposed of by directing Respondent No. 3 to consider and take Vishal Parekar 1/2

65-wp-11487-2016 appropriate decision on the Petitioner's aforesaid applications in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
