By order dated 18/06/2018, this Court (Coram : K.K.Tated & Dr.Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi, JJ.) directed the Applicant to remove all office objections on or before 1/3

30/06/2018, failing which the Writ Petition was to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. It appears that the objections as directed by this Court could not be removed within the time granted by this Court. As a result of the conditional order, the Petition stood dismissed. The Applicant therefore filed Civil Application No. 1566 of 2018 for recalling the conditional order dated 18/06/2018 passed by this Court. 2.

Civil Application No.1566 of 2018 was listed before this Court on 23/07/2018. Vide order dated 23/07/2018, this Court granted further time upto 01/08/2018 for removal of all office objections failing which the Writ Petition was to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. It seems that the Applicant could not remove office objections even within the extended time granted by this Court.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant pointed out that the only objection taken by the office was to provide legible copy of page No.15. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, it 2/3

is necessary & in the interest of justice to recall the conditional order dated 18/06/2018 and also the conditional order dated 23/07/2018 passed by this Court. Consequently, Writ Petition Stamp No. 10272 of 2018 stands restored to file. 4.

Civil Application No. 1566 of 2018 and Civil Application No. 1724 of 2018 stand disposed of as allowed. Office objections stand dispensed with.
