Interim Application is moved for speaking to minutes. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this Court by order dated 6th September, 2023 has modified the condition of bail order dated 21st June, 2022, but in the said order, this Court has not mentioned about the condition No. (f). It is submitted that the said condition may be modified and instead of two consecutive defaults,

502- IA 2845 of.doc the words five consecutive defaults may be mentioned in the order dated 6th September, 2023.

Considering the request of the learned counsel for the Applicant, Condition (f) is modified and the same reads thus: "If there are five consecutive defaults in appearance before the Trial Court or breach of any of the above conditions, the prosecution will be at liberty to apply for cancellation of the bail". 4.

It is clarified that instead of Condition (e), it should be Condition (c).

Interim Application No. 2845 of 2023 is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
