By consent of parties, Marriage Petition No.A-739 of 2015 is transferred from Family Court, Bandra to Family Court, Pune. Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions states that his client will not raise any objection of jurisdiction of the Family Court, Pune to decide the transferred marriage petition. The statement is accepted.

Family Court, Bandra is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings in Marriage Petition No.A-739 of 2015 to Family Court, Pune expeditiously.

By consent of parties, the proceedings filed by the applicant i.e. H.M. Petition No.324 of 2015 before the Learned Civil 1/2

8-mca258-15 Judge, Senior Division, Pune also is transferred to the Family Court, Pune and to be heard along with Marriage Petition No.A-739 of 2015, which is directed to be transferred from Family Court, Bandra to Family Court, Pune. Both the proceedings are clubbed and shall be heard together by the Family Court, Pune, expeditiously. Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions states that his client will not raise any objection of jurisdiction insofar as H.M. Petition No.324 of 2015, which is directed to be transferred to Family Court, Pune is concerned. The statement is accepted.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Pune on 24th October, 2016.

Misc. Civil Application No.258 of 2015 is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The parties as well as the Family Court, Bandra to act on the authenticated copy of this Order.
