The only relief sought in the above Petition is a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the Suit in question being Special Civil Suit No.417 of 2000 expeditiously, though the Petition also contains other reliefs. In my view, considering the fact that the Suit is of the year 2000, it will be just and proper to direct the Trial Court to decide the Suit expeditiously.
