Heard the Learned Advocates for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent :- (a) The Petition No. 1247 of 2016 pending before the Family Court at Pune is transferred to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai and shall be heard alongwith M.P. No. A-2805 of 2016.

(b) The Registrar, Family Court, Pune shall ensure that the papers and proceedings of Petition No.1247 of 2016 reaches the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai on or before 10th October, 2017.

(c) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai on 12th October, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain appropriate orders.

kpd 2 / 2 915-MCAst-23783-2017.sxw (d) The Applicant shall pay an amount of Rs.2000/- towards travelling and other expenses to the Respondent on each date of hearing. The said amount shall be paid in cash on the same day for which the Respondent shall forthwith issue a receipt to the Applicant.

(e) The Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai shall endeavour to dispose of Marriage Petition No. 1247 of 2016 alongwith M.P. No. A-2805 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of this order. (f) The Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai shall not grant any adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary. The parties too shall not seek any adjournment unless absolutely necessary.

(g) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (h) The parties as well as the Family Court at Pune and the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai to act on an authenticated copy of this Order 2.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
