The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to delete the name of Respondent No.1 Kaushabai Dada Kadali from the cause title of the petition on the ground that her legal heirs are already on record. Same is permitted.

Amendment to be carried out during the course of the day.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding challenging the impugned order dated 11.08.2015 passed by the learned District Judge below Exh.1 in Civil Misc. Sneha Chavan 1/2
