Evidence of victim has been recorded as witness no.1. It appears, the applicant has been attributed the role of procuring the custody of the victim for prostitution.

Be that as it may the trial is in progress and evidence of the prosecutrix in clear terms indicates complicity of the applicant in the subject crime. 6.
