The Applicant, who is the appellant in Criminal Appeal No.822 of 2015, has sent the Interim Application No.2575 of 2021 through jail requesting therein to appoint an advocate to represent him from the legal aid panel.

Advocate Ms.Nasreen Ayubi, has already been appointed to represent the Appellant in Criminal Appeal. In that view of the matter, nothing remained to be decided in Interim Application No.2575 of 2021, and hence the same stands disposed of.

Since the Appellant is in jail from the year 2012 and the Registry has received the papers from the appellant through jail, we deem it appropriate to set down this Appeal for final hearing on 07th March 2022. Accordingly, the Registry to list the Appeal No.822 of 2015 for final hearing on 07th March 2022.
